The taste of the pill is nasty so it’s best to swallow it quickly. The effect is noticeable with even half a pill taken. It’s best to take with food to slow the absorption rate otherwise your body can flush it out too quickly.
I take half of 200mg with a light snack in the morning. This helps me stay productive and alert for work and other daily needs, helps with my ADHD.
