Expect it to kick in within 30-60 minutes, and stay with you for about a day and a half. It doesn’t usually cause any flushing effects for me. However, it does cause the occasional headache. I find that staying well-hydrated, eating, and some ibuprofen helps avoid the headaches. I’m very happy with the product and highly recommend it.
